• Both on-campus and off-campus attendees are required to register in advance. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Children under 6 years old or under 120cm are not allowed to enter.
• When entering the campus, please present your ID card and the event poster for security registration.
• For access to the Run Run Shaw International Conference Centre, it is recommended to enter through the East Gate of CUHK-Shenzhen. For the Sin Wai Kin International Conference Centre, please enter through the South Gate.
• Parking will not be provided for this event. We encourage you to opt for green transportation.
• Please note that the campus is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted on campus grounds. Thank you for your cooperation.
